From Dreaming of Stars to Building Communities

I grew up wanting to be an astronaut, a doctor, and a teacher! For a long time, I thought my biggest challenge was that I simply wanted to do everything all at once. But over time, I discovered a secret: you don't have to choose just one path. Instead, you can strategically gather the most valuable fragments of what you love and package them together to build something entirely new.

I started Opportunity Bridge in January 2026 as a culmination of all those childhood dreams:

  • The Astronaut that brings a limitless, opportunistic mindset that refuses to accept a ceiling on what is possible.
  • The Doctor's focus on creating a deep social impact and helping people grow by building their commercial confidence.
  • The Teacher that creates a dedicated space and community for knowledge sharing and personal growth.

Breaking Free from the Scope

For over a decade, I navigated the world of marketing, design, and communication. But I often found myself feeling stuck and overwhelmed in traditional corporate roles. My ideas were always bigger than the project scopes I was handed. I looked around and realised so many other talented designers, artists, and problem solvers were facing the exact same wall. Their brilliant creativity was being boxed in.

That was my turning point. I wanted to step out completely on my own venture, not just to explore my own ideas, but to guide other creatives to do the same. I wanted to guide them on transitioning from being in creative job roles to becoming creativepreneurs, where their income and vision are never limited by someone else's boundaries.

Why Community and Why the Magic?

I am deeply passionate about community building. For me, business isn't just about quantitative metrics and data, it's about the qualitative magic of human connection. Leading high energy networking events and workshops across Cambridge, Peterborough and online allows me to bring my love for storytelling and performing to life, creating spaces where local roots can grow strong.

But as much as I love building bridges locally and scaling them globally, I am also a genuine daydreamer and a true lover of nature.

When I am not busy planning masterclasses or delivering strategic pep talks, you will find me recharging my batteries out in the open air, exploring enchanted forests, thinking about glittery things, and spending quality time with friends. I believe that day-to-day life can easily narrow our vision, and stepping back into nature is how I find the magic in the big picture again.
