Refund and cancellation policy
Should you decide to purchase a masterclass, training course, cohort programme, or event ticket from this Site or through our authorised third-party platforms (such as Eventbrite), you will enter into a contract of sale at the point of purchase.
- Courses and programmes: if you change your mind about purchasing a digital course or long-term programme, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase. Should your course or programme start within that 14-day period and you decide to cancel, the value of any sessions or digital materials already delivered or accessed will be deducted from your refund on a pro-rata basis.
- Live events and networking: tickets for live events, workshops or networking socials hosted via Eventbrite are subject to the specific cancellation terms outlined on the individual event listing page at the time of booking.
- Digital downloads: if you make an electronic purchase for a direct digital download, you will be asked to confirm your express consent to receiving the download immediately at the point of purchase. In agreeing, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund.
